Preparatory (III-V)
Three years in Preparatory Stage (III to V):
At Primary level, we initiate students to build upon their existing knowledge
and enthusiasm for continued learning. As they progress through this stage,
we witness in action their exploratory spirit and quest for knowledge,
motivated by the endeavour for learning and building up the foundation that
they have imbibed from their acquired skills. At this level, the emphasis is on
the learning and understanding of concepts through a curriculum that is
designed to meet its attributes and vision which is engaging and relevant, yet
challenging. The various activities are offered to enable students to explore
their multiple talents. We follow a thematic and inter-disciplinary approach to
learning. The curriculum permits a wide scope for exploring individual interests
and developing curiosity, self-reliance and teamwork. The individual
capabilities and interests of each student are addressed, thereby not confining
learning to academics alone. Sports and other activities are well integrated
within the curriculum. Role-play, dance, music, field trips and a range of sports
and cocurricular activities add new dimensions to the growth of the student.
